Yes! You can make an offer on items sold by individual sellers. The seller can accept, reject, or make a counter-offer. You can negotiate back and forth until you reach an agreement. To make an offer, you need to put a credit card on file, which is saved with Stripe, not Scout. If a seller accepts your offer within 72 hours, your credit card will be charged. Note that offers are not available when buying from businesses, which have fixed prices.
