Can I return an item?

Scout may allow you to return an item in limited circumstances. You can open a return case within 3 days of delivery for undisclosed damage, incorrect or missing item, or item not as described within the listing. Please note: You cannot open a return case more than 3 days after delivery. Trades, offline transactions, items that don't fit, or orders where you changed your mind are not eligible for return. If you buy from a business on Scout, the return policy is established by each business.
