What if my item doesn't arrive within 30 days?

If you purchased from an individual seller and your item doesn't arrive within 30 days of purchase, you can file a dispute in the app and Scout will side with you. However, if you and the seller agree to a shipping timeline that exceeds 30 days, you will not be eligible for Scout Protect. If you bought from a business on Scout, the shipping policy is set between you and that business.
