What if the seller doesn't ship within 7 days?

Individual sellers must ship items within 7 days from the date the order was purchased, unless otherwise agreed between you and the seller. If the seller doesn't ship within 7 days, you can file a dispute in the app and Scout will side with you. If you bought from a business on Scout, the shipping policy is set between you and that business.
